When pilots
returned to the US, after their 50 combat missions, the Army Air
Force gave these pilots, the following questionaire, to fill out.
The purpose of this was to try and give future pilots, going into
combat, any additional information to assist them in completeing
their combat missions and returning to the US. Some of this information,
is still used today, over 60 years later.
